Qigong Yoga Circuits
– over a monthly cycle to provide a range of tools to enhance your experience of midlife.
For women 40+, especially those journeying through menopause & beyond.
Each class includes brief opening and closing meditations and at least 20 mins gentle but dynamic movement for cardio health and weight management.
£10 per class or £50 for 6
