These practises come from many teachers that I have studied with over the last 30 years\, as well as my own practise and explorations\, alone and with partners. \n  \nI’d like to invite you to experience practices inspired by the Vigyan Bhariav (Shiva’s 109 sutras on Tantra). These practises will focus on rituals of devotion\, beauty and honouring ourselves\, and each other. \n  \nWe will find keys into our own experience\, through breath\, sound\, movement. \n  \nWe will awaken the senses\, entering into embodied tactile sensual meditations. \n  \nWe will learn about the energy centres (Chakras)\, and how\, through bioenergetics\, they can build into an orgasmic dance\, our life force (Kundalini)\, alone and with another/others. \n  \nWe will learn about\, and practise meditations around the plus and minus poles (polarity)\, and the third energy – the union of opposites. \n  \nWe will explore breath patterns that open and move our s*xual energy\, allowing more of ourselves to awaken and be expressed\, to see and be witnessed in heartfelt space of acceptance\, just as we are. \n  \nI like to connect our practice to the seasons\, so the meditations to be in tune with the energies of nature\, so the mediations will mirror the slow deep decent into the darkness. DESCRIPTION:The subject of anger resonates for many women. Some of us are drawn to it\, and others shy away\, but for most people it is a complicated relationship! However\, we believe it is well worth exploring and uncovering its particular gifts. Anger can be a powerful messenger. It can reveal our strength to stand up for what feels aligned for us and what we care about. \n  \nOften\, we are afraid or ashamed of our anger. Culturally\, we have forgotten how to listen and respond to this emotion with love. We repress it. We may not know it is there\, but it lives in the shadows and in our bodies. \n  \nIn this workshop\, we will plant the seeds of a new story. We will invite you into the heart of your anger\, to discover and express what you are longing for. These practises come from many teachers that I have studied with over the last 30 years\, as well as my own practise and explorations\, alone and with partners. \n  \nI’d like to invite you to experience practices inspired by the Vigyan Bhariav (Shiva’s 109 sutras on Tantra). These practises will focus on rituals of devotion\, beauty and honouring ourselves\, and each other. \n  \nWe will find keys into our own experience\, through breath\, sound\, movement. \n  \nWe will awaken the senses\, entering into embodied tactile sensual meditations. \n  \nWe will learn about the energy centres (Chakras)\, and how\, through bioenergetics\, they can build into an orgasmic dance\, our life force (Kundalini)\, alone and with another/others. \n  \nWe will learn about\, and practise meditations around the plus and minus poles (polarity)\, and the third energy – the union of opposites. \n  \nWe will explore breath patterns that open and move our s*xual energy\, allowing more of ourselves to awaken and be expressed\, to see and be witnessed in heartfelt space of acceptance\, just as we are. \n  \nI like to connect our practice to the seasons\, so the meditations to be in tune with the energies of nature\, so the mediations will mirror the slow deep decent into the darkness. Guided by my own songs and songs I carry from being in ceremonies over the years\, we will be together in low light held in the sacred embrace of community. Many of the songs I sing are in Portuguese and Spanish\, but some are also in English and others without words at all\, so we can just open our voices and be in the magic of sound. \nI look forward to reconnecting with the beautiful people of Glastonbury including many old friends to sing and lift up a prayer together in the incredible new space of Sambogaya. DESCRIPTION:Namaste beloveds\, \n  \nWelcome to this offering – a 6 week series of classes in Tantric/Neo-tantric Meditations. These practises come from many teachers that I have studied with over the last 30 years\, as well as my own practise and explorations\, alone and with partners. \n  \nI’d like to invite you to experience practices inspired by the Vigyan Bhariav (Shiva’s 109 sutras on Tantra). These practises will focus on rituals of devotion\, beauty and honouring ourselves\, and each other. \n  \nWe will find keys into our own experience\, through breath\, sound\, movement. \n  \nWe will awaken the senses\, entering into embodied tactile sensual meditations. \n  \nWe will learn about the energy centres (Chakras)\, and how\, through bioenergetics\, they can build into an orgasmic dance\, our life force (Kundalini)\, alone and with another/others. \n  \nWe will learn about\, and practise meditations around the plus and minus poles (polarity)\, and the third energy – the union of opposites. \n  \nWe will explore breath patterns that open and move our s*xual energy\, allowing more of ourselves to awaken and be expressed\, to see and be witnessed in heartfelt space of acceptance\, just as we are. \n  \nI like to connect our practice to the seasons\, so the meditations to be in tune with the energies of nature\, so the mediations will mirror the slow deep decent into the darkness.
